Robotronic has developed a groundbreaking packaging line for pre-filled syringes: the MRT-PLS-300. This high-performance machine delivers an output of 300 syringes per minute while consistently ensuring the highest quality by completely eliminating contact with glass.
The packaging line offers a wide range of functions, which are also available as stand-alone modules. For example, tubs with nests can be easily palletized and depalletized, and nests can be removed from the tubs. The denesting function efficiently transfers syringes from the nests into the individual transport system.
This process is made possible by an innovative puck/clip system with void compensation. Finally, the retrayer ensures that syringes are safely placed in trays and stacked securely as they leave the line.
